Oklahoma firm building senior-living complex in Broomfield

BROOMFIELD — An Oklahoma-based owner and manager of senior-living communities is building a 51-unit complex in Broomfield.

Chief Capital Partners LLC, based in Edmond, Okla., will build Villagio Senior Living, at an assisted-living community that will cater to people with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

The 42,963-square-foot project will be built at 5866 W. 120thSt. It is Chief Capital Partners’ first project in Colorado, but spokesman Tyler Gable, said the company is in the early stages of a second development in the southeast region of Denver.

Lakewood-based Pinkard Construction Co. has been hired as the general contractor, and Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh Architects, with offices in Denver, San Jose and Santa Monica was selected as architect for the project.

Chief Capital Partners has four Villagio Senior Living complexes in Texas. The company uses a design that allows the staff to deliver programing tailored to each resident’s personal stage of dementia.

Villagio’s staff offers residents 24-hour care, gourmet dining and organized activities.
