New pizzeria to open in west Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS – Uncle Vito’s Too, one of Fort Collins’ newest restaurants, will host its grand opening Saturday at 1015 S. Taft Hill Road.

The restaurant will ship in the sauce for its pizzas from the original Uncle Vito’s restaurant, located in San Francisco. In addition to a dine-in option, the restaurant will also offer delivery and take-and-bake pizza.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of take-and-bake pies at the grand opening will be donated to a local nonprofit.
