Construction advances on Estes Park timeshare project
ESTES PARK — Construction has begun on the second phase of the Worldmark timeshare and hotel project in Estes Park. The project is a timeshare resort and hotel project and is the redevelopment of an existing hotel at 725 Riverside Drive.
The first phase of the project included construction of 12 buildings serving as part of the timeshare facility. Drahota Inc. of Fort Collins is demolishing 24 buildings to prepare the site for construction of five new buildings with 32,000 square feet of space and a swimming pool and two spas. The project will cost approximately $5 million and is scheduled for completion in early 2006.
