10th Street Corridor meeting set for July 21
GREELEY – Business owners are invited to a July 21 meeting with the City
of Greeley to talk about the 10th Street Redevelopment Corridor
project.
The corridor is located generally east of 35th Avenue and west of 23rd Avenue along 10th Street.
The meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Franklin Middle School
cafeteria, 818 35th Ave. The meeting will include the status of the 10th
Street Traffic Access Control Plan and street improvements;
redevelopment support for 10th Street businesses; low-interest loans
available for energy and façade improvements; and data collected
pertaining to 10th Street Corridor businesses.
