Loveland’s Corn Roast Festival this weekend

LOVELAND – The annual Corn Roast Festival will be held
this weekend, Aug. 26-27, in Loveland and feature a variety of food, drink and
entertainment.

The event begins Friday at 3 p.m. with Loveland’s Got
Talent auditions, followed by a festival kickoff at 5 p.m. and corn shucking
contest at 5:30 p.m.

Saturday’s activities begin with a balloon launch at 6
a.m., Kiwanis pancake breakfast a 6:30 a.m. and parade at 9:30 a.m. More
activities continue throughout the day, including a corn-eating contest at 3
p.m.

and Engaging Loveland and sponsored by McKee Medical Center, Medical Center of
