- PCL Construction Services, Inc., based in Denver
- Saunders/Hunt, a joint venture between Centennial-based Saunders Construction Inc. and Hunt Construction Group, based in Scottsdale, Ariz.
- Turner Construction/GH Phipps Construction, a joint venture between Denver-based Turner Construction and Greenwood Village-based GH Phipps Construction Cos.

Last week, one year after fundraising began, Frank said in a letter to the CSU Board of Governors that the estimated cost had been revised down by $20 million and that he expected to be one-third of the way to the fundraising goal, now at $113 million, by the end of 2013.
The stadium project has been hotly contested in the Fort Collins community, with many Fort Collins residents saying that the stadium would be too large in the middle of town, parking would be inadequate and that money should be directed to academics.
