Revere developer asks court to overturn Berthoud vote
Relying on the same landmark Colorado Supreme Court decision that led a Weld District Court judge to overturn a citizen-led referendum in Greeley, the developer of the proposed Revere subdivision has sued the Town of Berthoud to invalidate an initiative passed in April by the town’s voters that restricted the property’s density.
