Mobile pet grooming franchise opens in Northern Colorado
FORT COLLINS — A mobile pet grooming service, a franchise of a company founded nine years ago in Las Vegas, opened for business Wednesday to serve Northern Colorado.
Furry Land Northern Colorado, operated by Jay and Jessica Sherer, offers cage-free dog and cat grooming at pet owners’ homes. The service operates from specially equipped grooming vans, allowing pets to receive care just outside their owners’ front doors.
According to the Sherers, the cage-free approach eliminates transportation to a salon, offering an experience designed to reduce the stress associated with travel and busy grooming environments. The mobile service also eliminates separate drop-off and pickup trips.
Services include heated hydrobaths with specialty shampoos and conditioners, full-body haircuts, nail clipping, paw pad shaving, and eye and ear cleaning.
Pet owners can check service availability in their neighborhoods or book an appointment at 303-963-4187 or furryland.us/locations/northern-colorado-mobile-pet-groomers/.
Furry Land, which has more than 70 locations in 29 states including franchises in Denver and Colorado Springs, is part of Phoenix Franchise Brands, which also includes Fetch Pet Care, Spray Foam Genie and Door Renew.
