Nadora Healthcare opens Greeley clinic

GREELEY — Nadora Healthcare LLC has expanded to Greeley, opening a primary-care clinic at 4650 W. 20th St.

The clinic opened Monday and offers annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, immunizations, sick visits, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

Additional services include women’s and men’s health, mental health medication management, weight management, sports and school physicals, preoperative evaluations, and minor office procedures.

that supports patients throughout their lives,” Nadora Healthcare founder and CEO Dr. Scott Dhupar said in a prepared statement. “We want people to have a trusted place to turn for everyday health concerns, a partner in staying well, and a connection to additional care when they need it.”

Patients will receive care from Cody Salas, a family nurse practitioner whose experience includes primary care, emergency medicine, rehabilitation and chronic disease management.

The Greeley clinic adds primary care to Nadora Healthcare’s existing network of services, which includes spine and orthopedic care, urgent care, surgery, clinical research, and skilled nursing.

Nadora Primary Care is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Johnstown-based Nadora Healthcare operates an integrated network of clinical, surgical, and post-acute care services. The company employs more than 100 team members.
