Auddia adds ex-Defense secretary to board of subsidiary

BOULDER — Auddia Inc. (Nasdaq: AUDD), a Boulder-based audio-technology company, has tapped Mark Esper, a former U.S. Defense secretary during President Donald Trump’s first term, to the board of LT350, one of the companies it controls. 

LT350, which develops artificial-intelligence datacenter infrastructure embedded in parking-lot canopies, is one of three companies that would fold into Auddia if its merger with Thramann Holdings LLC is finalized. 

Thramann Holdings is an entity controlled by Jeff Thramann, who is Auddia’s CEO and also the executive chairman of Broomfield-based healthcare technology firm Aclarion Inc. (Nasdaq: ACON). 

Upon closing the business combination, Auddia will be renamed McCarthy Finney and trade on the Nasdaq exchange under its new “MCFN” ticker. Thramann will serve as McCarthy Finney’s CEO.

I look forward to supporting LT350 as it advances this next generation of infrastructure.”
