Fort Collins’ Prospect Innovation Campus sells for $42M
ZS Capital Partners, a Denver-based real estate owner and operator, has paid $42 million to acquire Prospect Innovation Campus, a 226,000-square-foot research and development, industrial and flex portfolio near East Prospect and South Timberline roads in Fort Collins.
