Greeley won’t ask voters to OK sales tax hike to tackle Catalyst debt this year

Greeley won't ask voters in November whether they would approve an 0.6% sales-and-use tax hike to cover millions in debt service for the city-owned West Greeley Catalyst entertainment district and the downtown civic campus.

With BizWest since 2012 and in Colorado since 1979, Dallas worked at the Longmont Times-Call, Colorado Springs Gazette, Denver Post and Public News Service.
