Future Legends lender alleges delay tactics with bankruptcy filing

The senior lender for the Future Legends Sports Complex has alleged that Jeff Katofsky, on behalf of the seven limited liability companies that own the complex, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to halt a three-year-old Weld County case that was just a couple of months away from trial.
