True Food Kitchen now open at Boulder’s Twenty Ninth Street
BOULDER — True Food Kitchen, an Arizona-based chain that serves pizza, burgers, bowls, seafood and cocktails, opened its newest restaurant Monday at Boulder’s Twenty Ninth Street shopping district.
The restaurant at 1710 29th St., Suite 1080, is True Food Kitchen’s second in Colorado. The 46-unit company has an existing location in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood.
“Boulder is exactly the kind of community True Food Kitchen was built for,” Jeff Chandler, a restaurant industry veteran who was fired as TFK’s new CEO last month, said in a prepared statement. “This is a city that genuinely cares about what goes into its food and how it makes you feel. The values here align with everything we have been building for nearly two decades: quality ingredients, intentional living and food that nourishes the body, mind and soul. Our focus is on delivering warm, memorable and craveable experiences in every restaurant we operate, and we are thrilled to finally be part of this community.”
