Biz leaders, aviators 'cautiously optimistic’
After several years of fits and starts, ballot measures and lawsuits, the haze around the fate of the Boulder Municipal Airport appears to be clearing as Boulder City Council in July voted to once again pursue federal aviation grants needed to maintain the facility.
