Ex-Intel CEO could up stake in AI-for-churches firm Gloo
Gloo Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: GLOO), a company that provides artificial intelligence and technology platforms for faith-based organizations, plans to offer at least 7 million shares of its common stock — underwriters will be granted an option to purchase another 1.05 million shares — and several notable players in the Boulder firm could be among the buyers.
