Gloo takes full stake in Midwestern Interactive

BOULDER — Gloo Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: GLOO), a Boulder-based company that provides artificial intelligence and technology platforms for faith-based organizations, has purchased the remaining 20% stake in Midwestern Interactive LLC, a talent- and project-management firm that Gloo didn’t previously own.

“Bringing Midwestern fully under the Gloo umbrella is the natural next step in the longstanding collaboration between our companies. Our relationship has been built on shared values and demonstrated results, and we see this as unlocking even deeper alignment across strategy, product and execution,” Gloo CEO Scott Beck said in a prepared statement. “As we look toward serving the global faith and flourishing ecosystem through applied AI and forward deployed engineering, Midwestern is expected to be central to how we scale.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Once the acquisition closes, likely in the current quarter, Midwestern will continue to operate under its own brand and leadership as a subsidiary of Gloo.

In its earnings report issued this week, Gloo improved its top and bottom lines in the first quarter of its fiscal year, raising its full-year sales expectations to $195 million.

Gloo’s positive momentum comes after the Boulder firm began the 2026 calendar year cutting jobs in an effort to boost its stock price.

In a late January letter to investors, Beck wrote that the company, which went public late last year and has made a handful of acquisitions since, has “made some targeted workforce reductions this week to eliminate duplication.” The company did not specify how many jobs it was eliminating or in what roles.

Beck and another executive also volunteered early this year to reduce their 2026 salaries to $1.
