Ex-Oracle EVP joins JumpCloud board
LOUISVILLE — JumpCloud Inc., an IT access-management platform, recently appointed George Roberts, a venture partner at OpenView and former executive vice president of North American sales at Oracle Corp. (NYSE: ORCL), to its board of directors.
“We are thrilled to welcome George to the JumpCloud board,” JumpCloud CEO Rajat Bhargava said in a prepared statement. “George’s firsthand experience scaling Oracle into one of the most profitable companies in the industry, combined with his nearly two decades partnering with high-growth technology companies at OpenView, gives him a rare combination of operational depth and strategic perspective. As JumpCloud experiences accelerated growth with our new Agentic IAM solutions, his expertise in go-to-market strategy and building winning teams will be an incredible asset.”
In early 2026, JumpCloud launched JumpCloud Ventures, an investment arm that the Louisville firm says “will support early-stage companies building identity, security, AI, and IT productivity solutions.”
In addition to capital, JumpCloud Ventures “gives portfolio companies access to JumpCloud’s experience, insights, and network as they grow,” the company said in February. “JumpCloud Ventures aims to support companies without prescribing product direction or integration.”
