Owner seeks DDA funding for redevelopment of Fort Collins building

A request for nearly $72,000 in tax-increment financing for redevelopment of a building at the corner of Mountain Avenue and Mason Street will be considered Thursday morning by Fort Collins’ Downtown Development Authority.
