Rock Bottom closes Colorado Springs location

COLORADO SPRINGS — Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery has closed its only Colorado Springs location.

The Gazette reports that the restaurant change posted a notice of the closure on doors and windows of the location at 3316 Cinema Point Drive.

Rock Bottom was founded by Boulder restaurateur Frank Day in 1991 but has gone through various ownership changes over the years. California-based Kelly Cos. purchased the brand from Houston-based SPB Hospitality in December 2024, along with Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, Chophouse & Brewery, Ragtime Tavern and Seven Bridges Grille & Brewery. The Gordon Biersch location in Broomfield closed at the tie of the sale.

Rock Bottom operates locations in Denver, Highlands Ranch and Loveland in Colorado.
