Encision CEO resigns amid disagreement over company’s direction
Robert Fries has been named interim president and CEO of Boulder-based surgical-instrumentation company Encision Inc. (OTC: ECIA), replacing Gregory Trudel, who resigned Dec. 8 after leading the company for 12 years.
