Aerospace company CisLunar draws seed-round investment
LOVELAND – Loveland-based aerospace company CisLunar Industries USA Inc. has secured new investment in its seed round from Denver-based Stout Street Capital Management LLC.
CisLunar, a startup based at The Forge in Loveland, is working to develop technology to permit recycling of space debris. The company bills itself as a provider of power and metal in space.
Stout Street is an investment fund “known for backing high-impact, early-stage technology companies. This partnership strengthens our position in the rapidly growing space, aerospace, and defense markets,” the company wrote on LinkedIn.
CisLunar plans to use the investment, the amount of which it did not disclose, to help deploy its EPIC power conversion product line, which it described as “supporting resilient, scalable, intelligent power solutions for modern space missions. These capabilities are designed to address critical bottlenecks as demand for high-performance power infrastructure in space continues to grow.”
CisLunar filed a Form D with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission July 8, 2025, in which it listed an equity offering of $5.44 million and by that date had sold $2.755 million.
