Nitrocrete founders face trade-secret claims in Denver court

A case alleging misappropriation of trade secrets and breach of contract has been moved to U.S. District Court in Denver. The case, Nitrocrete LLC v. Drew Nelson, Mark Nelson and Nitro Founders II LLC, stems from the purchase of the multiple related companies that bore the name NitroCrete.
