National wealth manager acquires Boulder’s Diversified Asset Management
BOULDER — Mission Wealth Management LP, a California-based company with offices across the country, has acquired Boulder-based Diversified Asset Management Inc.
Diversified founder Robert Pyle has joined Mission as a partner, while his son Matthew Pyle has taken a role as wealth advisor associate.
“This partnership expands Mission Wealth’s presence in Colorado and welcomes a dynamic father-son team, further strengthening the firm’s depth of talent and client-first culture,” Mission Wealth, which oversees more than $12.8 billion in assets under management, said in a news release. The combination also “further supports the firm’s dedication to nurturing top-tier talent while also creating pathways for next-generation leaders.”
Mission Wealth’s website lists Diversified’s Penrose Place office among its locations, which include Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and Denver.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
