Judge denies motion that could have temporarily closed two Doug’s Diner restaurants
In a lawsuit involving current and past owners of Doug’s Diner restaurants in Fort Collins and Greeley, a Weld District Court judge has denied a motion that could have closed the two diners and forced them to operate under different names.
