Larimer OKs financing for improvements at The Ranch

Larimer County commissioners on Tuesday unanimously approved the use of up to $111 million in Certificates of Participation to finance improvements to the county-owned Ranch Events Center on the east edge of Loveland.

With BizWest since 2012 and in Colorado since 1979, Dallas worked at the Longmont Times-Call, Colorado Springs Gazette, Denver Post and Public News Service.
