FORT COLLINS — Crisp & Green, a Minnesota-based fast casual restaurant that focuses on healthy fare such as salads and grain bowls, is opening the Centennial State’s second location in Fort Collins.
The company’s first Colorado restaurant opened this year in Denver.
Crisp & Green opens on Sept. 10 at 3581 E. Harmony Road, followed by a grand opening weekend that will include free fitness and yoga classes.
