Property housing Aspen Dental changes hands

GREELEY — Evergreen Devco Inc., a retail and multifamily development company based in Arizona with Colorado operations, has sold the building housing Aspen Dental in Greeley.

The property is situated along U.S. Highway 34, near 47th Avenue.

Evergreen Devco sold the 0.933-acre land and 3,800-square foot building, located at 4214 Centerplace Drive, to Reno, Nevada-based Dermody Glendale Limited Partnership for $3.6 million.

Evergreen bought the property in 2021 for $1.45 million and converted it from a Steak ‘n Shake restaurant to a medical clinic.

Robert Edwards of Blue West Capital negotiated the sale.

The property, built in 2014, is part of the Centerplace of Greeley subdivision and a 574,600-square-foot shopping center that includes retail anchors such as Best Buy, TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby and Ulta Beauty and is near several other retailers in adjacent centers.
