Southwest Airlines has filed a lawsuit against several Colorado officials, including Attorney General Phil Weiser, over the state’s new sick leave law, the Colorado Sun reports.
Southwest claims the law contradicts the sick leave policies in the employment contracts it negotiates with its workers’ unions.
