Spirit shareholders advised to reject Frontier bid
A firm advising Spirit Airlines has advised the company’s shareholders to reject Frontier Airlines’ takeover bid in favor of one from JetBlue Airlines, the Associated Press reports.
Spirit shareholders will vote on the roughly $2.07 billion merger June 10.
