VillageMD absorbs Longmont, NoCo medical practices
Village Practice Management Company LLC, a chain of medical clinics that operate under the VillageMD banner, is absorbing primary-care groups Associates in Family Medicine, which operates in Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor, and Rocky Mountain Family Practice in Longmont.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
VillageMD is perhaps best known as the operator of hundreds of medical clinics within Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc. (Nasdaq: WBA) pharmacy stores.

Dr. James Kesler of Associates in Family Medicine and Dr. James Fretwell of Rocky Mountain Family Practice are joining VillageMD, the release said.
