LONGMONT — Longmont Regent, a senior-living rental community at 2210 Main St., recently changed hands for just under $16.7 million.
Harvest Longmont Retirement Residence LLC, a holding company affiliated with Winter Park, Florida-based senior housing operator Holiday Retirement, sold the 99-unit property built in 1986.
The buyer was Churchill Property Portfolio Owner LLC, an entity registered to a commercial address in Manhattan.
