Two multifamily developments in Arista up for concept review
BROOMFIELD — Two new multifamily residential developments in the Arista master-planned community are up for concept review at a Broomfield City Council study session at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The projects, titled Arista Fairfield and Crosswinds at Arista, would add a total of 545 multifamily units to the community.
Arista Fairfield would consist of 386 market-rate units in 12 buildings on 12.59 acres. The units will be mixed between one-, two- and three-bedrooms. Crosswinds at Arista would include 159 affordable-housing units, also mixed between one-, two- and three-bedrooms. If approved, the projects would bring the total number of residential units in Arista to 2,160.
