  • Heska Corp. (Nasdaq: HSKA) raised $164.1 million after fees out of a maximum of $175 million in a new stock sale. The Loveland veterinary diagnostics provider is continuing an aggressive revenue and customer base expansion after making multiple acquisitions in 2020.
  • Boulder clinical-stage oncology company OnKure Inc. raised just more than $55 million this week in its Series B to fund a Phase I trial and pre-clinical trial studies for its drug candidates. The company is developing treatments from histone deacetylase inhibitors, a class of molecules thought to inhibit the growth of a wide range of solid tumors.
  • Stream.io Inc. said it raised a $38 million Series B round this week, blasting way past its prior combined venture-capital haul of $19.5 million. The company develops back-end infrastructure for automated chat apps, and has offices in Boulder and Amsterdam.
  • Red Dot Holdings IV LP, a private-equity fund controlled by Louisville-based Yeoman Asset Management LLC, reported raising $17.88 million out of its maximum of $40 million, according to filings to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • Crestone Alternative Strategies Ltd., a hedge fund controlled by Crestone Asset Management LLC in Boulder, reported raising just more than $33.58 million over the course of a year, according to annual SEC disclosures.
