Etkin Johnson finishes latest CTC flex space

LOUISVILLE — Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners, one of the main developers of commercial and flex-industrial space at Louisville’s Colorado Tech Center, announced late last month the completion of its latest flex buildings in the business park.

The firm recently wrapped up construction on 725 Tech Court, a new 146,318-square-foot building that represents the final phase of Etkin’s Louisville Corporate Campus.

That project, essentially a campus within the CTC campus, includes three buildings that total roughly 400,000 square feet.

Etkin previously completed and fully leased the other two Louisville Corporate Campus buildings at 700 Tech Court and 600 Tech Court. CBD product maker Charlotte’s Web Holdings Inc. (TSX: CWEB) (OTCQX: CWBHF) is a major tenant in one of the campuses.
