Milliken industrial cleaner applies to build Greeley office

GREELEY — A hydraulics cleaning company in Milliken has submitted plans to Greeley city planners for a 16,480-square-foot office and almost 11 acres of storage space.

Kinetic Energy Services LLC applied to build the single-story office and warehouse at the northeast corner of the intersection of Missile Park Road and Colorado Highway 257 on Greeley’s far-northwest side, according to project documents submitted to the city.CODE:

Business Cares: April 2024

In Colorado, 1 in 3 women, 1 in 3 men and 1 in 2 transgender individuals will experience an attempted or completed sexual assault in their lifetime. During April, we recognize Sexual Assault Awareness Month with the hopes of increasing conversations about this very important issue.

Kinetic’s plans were submitted in two separate rounds, and also call for a 10.9-acre outdoor storage lot directly east of the office and warehouse. Both of the documents are marked as preliminary and subject to change.

Kinetic runs cleaning services for oil wells, train cars and other equipment for the energy, rail and public works industries, and also does underground utility locating and boring. It is unclear how quickly the company hopes to break ground on the building or how many employees could be based there. The company did not respond to a request for comment Monday morning.
