Denver’s Regency Plaza sells for $71.25M

DENVER — Regency Plaza, 15-story building in the Denver Tech Center, has sold for $71.25 million.

BusinessDen reports that Texas-based Granite Properties purchased the 319,000-square-foot property at 4643 Ulster St. from Barings, a North Carolina-based investment-management firm.

Granite owns about 1.3 million square feet of office space in the Denver area.
