Parade of Homes continues through this week

The annual Northern Colorado Parade of Homes takes place now through  Sunday, Sept. 15. Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the weekend. The event features 36 new construction homes from the biggest names in Colorado’s homebuilding and remodeling industry. 

The event is free and open to the public. Attendees will also have a chance to win $5,000 presented by First National Bank of Omaha. The public can visit multiple homes to find the five entry codes allowing for multiple entries. 

The Parade of Homes is a snapshot of the state of Northern Colorado’s real estate market. The homes in the parade showcase the latest design trends and innovations in the homebuilding industry.
