Lafayette office space bought for $2.9M

LAFAYETTE — Commercial real estate firm Chernoff Boulder Properties recently purchased a 16,750-square-foot office building in Lafayette for $2.9 million.

The seller of the 50-percent occupied building at 450 Courtney Way was 450 Management Co. LLC. That entity is registered to a residential address in Boulder, according to Colorado Secretary of State records.

Dryden Dunsmore and Hunter Barto, brokers at Dean Callan and Co., represented Chernoff Boulder Properties in the transaction. Phil Robinson, principal at FPR Development, represented the seller.
