Denver apartment complex sells for $109.6M

DENVER — A California-based investment company has sold a Denver apartment complex for $109.6 million.

BusinessDen reports that IMT Residential sold the 338-unit Alameda Station at 275 S. Cherokee St. to EGMR Alameda Station QI LLC. The purchase price amounted to $324,260 per unit.

The complex is located in the Baker neighborhood of Denver and is adjacent to a light-rail station.
