Journey promotes Faulkner to Colorado president

FORT COLLINS — Journey Employer Solutions of Fort Collins has promoted Ashlee Faulkner to president of Colorado.

Journey Employer Solutions is the trade name for Journey Payroll Inc. It has won the BizWest Mercury 100 award for being one of the 100 fastest-growing companies in the region eight straight years in a row.  Journey has also been ranked as the largest payroll company in the Boulder Valley/Northern Colorado region for the past four years.

Faulkner has been shareholder of Journey Employer Solutions in Colorado since 2017, and the new title is almost a formality, Welch said. “She is a natural leader; Sue and I appreciate her partnership more than words can say.”

Welch said that Journey Employer Solutions Arizona is growing just as fast as Colorado, and that he plans to announce a third location in the coming days. A fourth and fifth location are in the works but unique to other models.
