Boulder industrial buildings sold to investor for nearly $9M

BOULDER — A five-building industrial site off U.S. Highway 36 just north of Boulder was recently bought by a San Diego commercial real estate firm for $8,972,900.

MCG Foothills LLC, an affiliate of McKinney Capital and Advisory, took over the properties at 6859 and 7173 N. Foothills Highway from Green Hill Investments LLC, Boulder County public records show. Green Hill is managed by Laszlo Bagi.

Bagi is also an owner of Bagi Mechanical, a Louisville-based commercial plumbing and HVAC contractor that specializes in building cannabis grow operations.
