Bullbird raises $350,000

BOULDER — Bullbird LLC, a company that makes travel gear, has raised $350,000.

The Boulder-based company is raising the capital through an equity offering, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 4. The company has previously done business under the names GAS Brand Starter LLC, G.A.S. Innovation LLC and BullRest LLC. A representative from the company did not return a request for more information.

Bullbird makes memory foam travel pillows that can be flipped to give more or less recline while flying or trying to rest while sitting up. The Bullbird pillows retail for $69.99 on the company’s website.
