Fitness facility to open in March

FORT COLLINS — The previously announced 24 Hour Fitness facility planned for the former Safeway building on College Avenue will open March 16.

The company announced the opening date on its website. It had earlier hoped to be open this month in order to take advantage of increased activity surrounding caused by fitness goals included in new year resolutions.

The company signed a lease on the building at 460A S. College Ave. several months ago, according to a report in the Coloradoan. The building is owned by LC Real Estate, a Loveland-based commercial and residential real estate firm.
