Finalists named for IQ Awards honoring innovative products

BOULDER — About 100 finalists have been named for the 2018 IQ Awards, honoring the “Innovation Quotient” among Boulder Valley companies.

Launched in 2000, the IQ Awards recognize innovative companies and organizations based in Boulder and Broomfield counties and the U.S. Highway 36 corridor, as well as local divisions of national and international companies that have been instrumental in developing the most innovative products and services.

Winners and two runners-up will be announced in multiple categories at the Oct. 22 IQ Awards, to be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder, 2601 Canyon Blvd. A VIP reception will be from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., followed by cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and the awards ceremony from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. A “Fireside Chat” titled “New Venture Finance: If You Build It, They Will Come” will include a discussion about financing for early- to mid-stage companies.

Clean Chemistry Inc. — PeroxyMAX — PeroxyMAX treatment provides chemical oxidation with solids separation, producing  a clean brine from produced and flowback water by oxidizing dissolved metals, initiating floc of solids, oil and grease for easy, economic separation yielding a clean reuse water.

BOULDER — About 100 finalists have been named for the 2018 IQ Awards, honoring the “Innovation Quotient” among Boulder Valley companies.

Launched in 2000, the IQ Awards recognize innovative companies and organizations based in Boulder and Broomfield counties and the U.S. Highway 36 corridor, as well as local divisions of national and international companies that have been instrumental in developing the most innovative products and services.

Winners and two runners-up will be announced in multiple categories at the Oct. 22 IQ Awards, to be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder, 2601 Canyon Blvd. A VIP reception will be from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., followed by cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and the awards ceremony from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. A “Fireside Chat” titled “New Venture Finance: If You Build It, They Will Come” will include a discussion about financing for early- to mid-stage companies.
