Westin Westminster adding 10,000-square-foot event space.

WESTMINSTER — The Westin hotel in Westminster is expanding its event space with a new 10,000-square-foot ballroom.

The room, which is expected to be finished by next spring, will have the capacity for 1,000 guests, according to a Westin news release.

The project was designed by Colorado’s OZ Architecture and is being built by Hyder Construction.
