10-story mixed-use project planned for Golden Triangle

DENVER – An old café is being demolished to make way for a 10-story building in the Golden Triangle neighborhood of uptown Denver.

The Denver Business Journal reports that the 65,000-square foot building at 955 Bannock will have ground-floor retail, four levels of covered parking and the rest will be Class A office space.

Judson Robertson, managing director of Stream Realty Partners’ office in Denver, said the neighborhood lacked office space, but this will round out the live-work-play environment.
