Front Range Village shopping center expands
FORT COLLINS — A $4.6 million expansion is underway at the Front Range Village shopping center in Fort Collins.
The Coloradoan reports that construction has begun on a new fitness center, as well as another building for multiple tenants. Plans for a third building for retail and restaurant uses are undergoing review by city officials.
Front Range Village encompasses 2.2 million square feet and is located at Harmony and Ziegler roads in southeast Fort Collins. Michigan-based Ramco-Gershenson Properties purchased the shopping center at 2720 Council Tree Ave. two years ago for $128 million. Major retailers include Lowe’s, Super Target and Toys “R” Us.
