Agrium celebrates opening of new Loveland facility

LOVELAND — Calgary, Alberta-based Agrium Inc. today officially opens its new facility in Loveland’s Centerra office park.

The recently completed Rangeview V project, developed by McWhinney, is a four-story, 120,000-square-foot office building that will serve several hundred of the company’s U.S. Corporate and Wholesale office employees.
“We are incredibly excited to host this grand opening today,” Michael R. Webb, Agrium’s senior vice
president, human resources, said in a prepared statement. “We set out to create a collaborative and employee-centered facility that complements and integrates with integrates the surrounding community. We’ve achieved that and much
more.”
In addition to celebrating the new building, Agrium announced that it has donated $10,000 to the United Way of Larimer County.

Agrium’s U.S. Wholesale and Corporate teams previously were scattered across the Denver Tech Center and assorted buildings in the Rangeview office complex and were brought together under one roof when Rangeview V was completed early this
summer.
Rangeview V is just 50 feet from Rangeview IV – the headquarters for Agrium’s Retail Business Unit –
known as Crop Production Services in North America. The two buildings constitute Agrium’s Loveland
Campus, sharing such amenities as an on-site café, patio areas and a wellness center. Rangeview V has
an open concept, and provides an assortment of flexible and collaborative work spaces.
