Denver Tech Center apartments sell for $99 million
DENVER — An apartment complex near Denver Tech Center sold for $99 million.
Bell Denver Tech Center, at 4380 S. Monaco St., was formerly called Presidio Apartments, according to BusinessDen.
The 6.88-acre property sold for $249 per unit.
San Diego-based Fairfield Residential, which has four other complexes in Colorado, sold to Bell Partners, in Greensboro, N.C. Bell Partners has three other properties in Colorado. Fairfield originally bought the property in 2006 for $3.6 million.
The 398-unit apartment is 97 percent occupied, and a one bedroom apartment goes for about $1,400 a month.
